Requirements

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive QA strategies for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks.
• Oversee manual and automated testing processes to ensure product stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality benchmarks and resolve defects efficiently.
• Ensure thorough regression, functional, and performance testing prior to product releases.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing and documentation.
• Implement QA process improvements and champion automation initiatives.
• Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) testing workflows.
• Monitor, document, and report on quality metrics and test coverage.
