Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Engineer position for a Weekday's client. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, building efficient data workflows, and optimizing SQL and data modeling. A focus on clean, efficient code and reliable, scalable data solutions is required.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and distributed systems.
- Apply advanced programming expertise (in Python or similar).
- Develop and optimize complex SQL and DBT queries.
- Work with semantic layers and data modeling tools.
- Leverage cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform or Snowflake).
- Utilize container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
