Senior NetSuite Developer

This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on architecture, integrations, and process design for a new ERP & warehouse technology hub in Bangalore, supporting one of the region’s largest and fastest-scaling digital commerce ecosystems.

Requirements

• Customize and enhance NetSuite WMS to support high-volume, multi-location warehouse operations
• Develop SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 scripts including Client, User Event, Scheduled, and Map/Reduce
• Build and maintain Suitelets, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and WMS automation tools
• Develop system integrations with 3PLs, RF scanners, shipping providers, TMS systems, and other external platforms
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment, inventory, and transaction issues with scalable code-based solutions
• Own technical strategy for WMS — define standards, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers/admins
• Partner with product and operations teams to convert workflows into ERP-backed solutions
• Support next-phase ERP builds powering multiple business verticals such as: 20-minute quick commerce, at-home healthcare, beauty & grooming services, pet care & pharmacy, regional e-commerce fulfillment
