ServiceNow Architect

Weekday is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The role involves end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow projects, focusing on scalability, automation, and integration within an enterprise context. A key aspect of the role is collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• At least 10 years of overall IT experience
• Expertise in HRSD and ITSM, including module customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
