Job Description
Weekday is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE-1) to join a high-growth client. The role involves building and scaling core systems with mentorship, solving customer problems, and contributing to scalable backend systems and APIs. It’s a full-time, onsite position focused on production coding and learning.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in software engineering (internship/full-time)
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.)
- Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases.
- Curiosity to learn new frameworks, tools, and systems quickly.
- Ability to think through edge cases and write robust code.
