Job Description
WEICON is seeking an HR Personal Affairs Manager to join their international team. The role involves managing employee contracts, administrative tasks, HR systems, benefits, and KPIs. They value independent, organized, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy administrative work and are motivated to continuously improve processes. WEICON is a leading international distributor of specialty chemical products.
Requirements
- Completed sales/office work, preferably with a supplementary qualification in personnel administration
- Experience in personnel administration or payroll accounting
- Very good knowledge of German (written and spoken) as well as excellent English
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HR or accounting systems is desirable
- Independent, structured, and careful work
- Teamwork, discretion and responsibility
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and processes
- Motivation to critically question and actively improve existing processes
