Job Description
The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care within the East Side 215 Support unit, coordinating and organizing clinical care. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, triaging inquiries, maintaining inventory, evaluating patient needs, and facilitating communication with both patients and families. The position requires a proactive approach to patient care and implementation of process improvements. It's a role within an exempt position.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- NY State Registered Nurse License
