As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify, qualify, and build our sales pipeline with high-quality leads, and work in a motivated team with exciting customer projects and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline with high-quality leads
- Qualification and scheduling of potential customers to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- First contact with MQLs and PQLs according to defined sales criteria
- Responsibility for the quality of SQLs, measured by resulting offers
- Timely follow-up of leads within defined processing windows
- Maintenance and reporting of all relevant information in the CRM system
- Independent prioritization of leads based on relevance and potential
- Application and further development of sales strategies and tools
- Close coordination with marketing and campaign management
