Job Description
WelbeHealth offers a care program for vulnerable senior populations, guided by a team of interdisciplinary members. The Behavioral Health Specialist will work collaboratively with the Social Work team and is responsible for managing caseloads of behavioral health needs, including therapy, assessments, and care planning. This role is crucial in overseeing a caseload and documenting interventions.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (MSW) or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD)
- Licensed by CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW or Psychologist)
- Five (5) years of behavioral health experience
- Two (2) years of experience with frail or elderly population
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a fragile or elderly population
