Art Lead

Welevel, a vibrant startup in Munich, seeks an Art Lead to define and guide the visual identity of a deeply immersive, photorealistic RPG and survival game. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of artists, collaborating with engineering and design to create a beautiful and believable world.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AAA game development
• Strong artistic fundamentals in anatomy, lighting, composition, and materials
• Solid understanding of Unreal Engine 5, ZBrush, Blender, and Marvelous Designer
• Ability to balance hands-on creative direction with team coordination and production awareness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
