The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, identifying risks, and acting as a key point of contact.

• Extensive experience in operations management, ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech environment
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English
