Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or commercial analytics, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Excel, financial reporting systems, and data visualization tools.
