Fund Governance & Oversight Manager

The Fund Governance & Oversight Manager will contribute to ongoing initiatives and new projects focused on Americas fund governance, working in collaboration with other analysts and managers. The role will also work closely with internal and external professionals to research internal information and regulatory, fund, & corporate requirements.

Requirements

• Corporate Governance: Assist in drafting and maintaining governance templates, policies, and procedures for 40 Act funds as well as for funds in Cayman and Bermuda.
• Company Administration: Keep corporate information and directors’ details up to date on the entity management system and elsewhere.
• Board and committee support: Plan and manage board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and record meeting minutes.
