Job Description
Wellington Management is seeking a Legal Associate to support the company's U.S. Wealth business. The role will involve drafting and reviewing regulatory filings, supporting fund boards, and negotiating service provider agreements.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' experience supporting registered investment companies
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and fund boards
- Experience with interval funds and tender offer funds preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
