Manager, Product Reporting

Wellington Management is seeking a Manager, Product Reporting to oversee the Fixed Income Product Reporting Team. The role involves overseeing a team of analysts, partnering with Product Management and Client Group, and developing expertise in asset class approaches. The ideal candidate has substantial experience at an asset management firm, with experience managing large teams and demonstrated track record of innovation and problem solving.

Requirements

• Substantial (10+ years) experience at an asset management firm
• Experience managing large teams
• Ability to quickly learn the reporting function and develop asset class and product knowledge
• Demonstrated track record of innovation, change management, creativity, efficiency, and problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a changing and collaborative environment
• Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
• An MBA and/or CFA preferred
