Job Description
Wellington Management is seeking a Quantitative Trading Analyst to work on our Trading Research & Analytics team in Boston. The successful candidate will have experience in programming, data analysis, and financial markets, and will be responsible for partnering with investors and traders to improve execution results.
Requirements
- Partnering with investors, traders, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholders to improve execution results
- Designing a Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) framework for Investment Implementation & Trading
- Working with trading technology, external vendors, and the dealer community on producing a high-quality data environment
- Understanding equity and/or fixed income market structure trends and evolving electronic trading strategy
