Job Description
Wellpath is seeking a Floating Physician to provide clinical care in correctional and clinical settings. The role involves assessing and treating patients' physical health, coordinating care with medical team members, and providing patient education. Requirements
- Assess patients’ physical health through examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Provide and oversee documentation, outside referrals, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Perform minor medical procedures such as sutures, IV placement, and lumbar puncture.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and provide education to patients and families.
