Job Description
This PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) position at PA DOC Camp Hill SCI offers a dynamic role in providing compassionate care to incarcerated patients. The NP will provide medical services, conduct patient examinations, and maintain accurate documentation. They are responsible for ensuring patient needs are met while adhering to facility policies and state guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Advanced degree in a Nurse Practitioner program
- Prior medical/surgical and/or emergency/trauma experience
- Corrections experience (preferred)
- CPR certification
- Current and active Nurse Practitioner license
- Ability to work in a corrections environment and rotate hours
