Job Description
Wellpath is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care using the nursing process. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, as well as communication with healthcare professionals and documentation. Requirements
- Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
- Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests.
- Count controlled substances and implement clinical/technical aspects of care.
- Document nursing encounters using the SOAP format.
- Communicate information to nursing staff and other relevant parties.
