Job Description
Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care, assist in patient assessment and planning, and implement medical treatments under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Obtain and maintain current CPR certification
- Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs
- Implement medical plans and administer medications
