Job Description
WellSpan Health is seeking a Nocturnist to join their team in York, PA. The position offers a schedule of 7 nights on, 7 nights off in a diverse inpatient population, focusing on bedside evaluations and providing patient care. The company invests in its providers, fostering personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (night shifts only)
- Manage a diverse inpatient population
- Perform bedside evaluations and manage acute changes in patient conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and other team members
