Job Description
WellSpan Health is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant to provide clinical support and patient care at their 22-bed medical telemetry unit in York, PA. The position involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and preparing patients for tests. The role requires 36 hours of work per week, including rotating shifts and occasional holidays.
Requirements
- Provides general nursing care and personal care assistance.
- Monitors patient condition levels and reports changes.
- Performs Point-of-Care testing, EKGs, and specimen collection.
- Maintains inventory and replenishes supplies.
