Job Description
This RN position provides professional nursing services to individuals in the home, managing patient care and evaluation in accordance with physician orders. The RN will work in conjunction with Lancaster and Lebanon counties and Adams, Franklin, and York Counties based on patient needs. Requires a clean driving record and valid vehicle.
Requirements
