Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate partnerships across the US and other English-speaking markets. You'll own performance, profitability, and partner portfolio growth, working closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to drive measurable results.
Requirements
- 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing
- Proven experience scaling affiliate programs with strong ROI
- Strong understanding of CPA economics, LTV, attribution, and unit economics
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and mobile measurement partners
- Strong analytical skills and confidence owning forecasts
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience in mobile apps and subscription-based products
