Chef

We are looking for a Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality customer service. The successful candidate will have commercial catering experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage a team.

Requirements

• Commercial catering and kitchen supervisory experience
• Practical health & safety and food safety experience in a visitor attraction or retail or restaurant environment
• Catering / Retail customer service knowledge or specialism
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work on own initiative, and manage a large team
• Commercial awareness
