Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Leisure Activity Instructor to join our team at one of our visitor centres in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of activity instructors, developing business plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of the activity centre. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Requirements
- A Water sport National Governing Body qualification (e.g. RYA Senior Instructor, British Canoeing Coach, UKCC Level 2 Coach)
- Prior experience of supervising and motivating a team
- Experience of managing and implementing health & safety records and procedures
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
