Job Description
Quantic Wenzel is seeking a Senior RF/Electronics Design Engineer to develop new circuit designs in aerospace, space, defense, test & measurement, and more. The role involves working with customers, managing projects, and maintaining industry expertise. The company offers a people-first environment focused on innovation and a supportive team.
Requirements
- Minimum BSEE or equivalent (MSEE preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in RF/Electronics design.
- Extensive experience with electronic circuits/schematics.
- Experience with low phase noise oscillators, frequency sources, and synthesizers.
- Experience with RF/microwave components and systems.
- Experience with military, aerospace, or space-grade hardware.
- Experience working with and leading small/focused design teams.
- EMI/EMC analysis and practices and IPC standards.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
- Experience with PCB layouts.
- Experience with requirements/specification management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
