We're looking for a Sales Support Staff (m/w/d) to provide our customers with the best possible service. As a Sales Support Staff (m/w/d), you will be responsible for customer care with a focus on Germany and support the sales outside department.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a saleswoman/man in wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d), as an industrial saleswoman/man (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Good German and good English skills (word & script)
• Well-developed communication skills and a willingness to provide service
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP (especially module SD)
• Ability to develop and analyze, and actively support customers in collaboration with the sales outside department
