Job Description
Werfen is seeking a Blood Bank Technical Specialist to support the implementation of new product lines and provide field support for instruments and reagents. This role involves customer outreach, technical training, troubleshooting, and developing revenue growth within assigned territory. The position requires strong communication skills and a willingness to travel to various locations.
Requirements
- Lead the addition of assays to drive reagent growth.
- Understand Werfen product positioning and benefits.
- Provide technical presentations on Capture technology.
- Troubleshoot field issues.
- Comply with Gen.109, Complaint Handling
- Manage calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
