Requirements

• Completed, caring-related training at mbo 3 or 4 MMZ or MBO Social Work
• Experience working with children and/or youth with a severe multiple disability and developmental background
• Firm personality and calm demeanor
• Availability for weekends
• Passion for unconditional support
• Ability to handle difficult moments
• Knowledge of Behaviour Declaration (VOG)
• Relativistic ability and humor
