Job Description
We are looking for a Caregiver IG to work on a PG department in a small-scale setting with a cozy home-like atmosphere. The caregiver will be responsible for organizing the day for the residents, discussing their needs and possibilities, and creating a meaningful day for them.
Requirements
- Diploma as a Caregiver IG
- Warm and friendly personality
- Ability to work well in a self-organizing team
- Positive and critical thinking
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Alert and able to recognize clinical peculiarities in patients
