Requirements

• Diploma in nursing level 3 (potentially additional training)
• Experience in geriatric care, preferably with residents with dementia
• Responsibility, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Digital literacy and awareness of care processes
• Ability to cope with (complex) behavior problems
