Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations at a customer project site. You will recruit, onboard, and lead the team, monitor KPIs, and ensure service delivery through order fulfillment, inventory control, and continuity of operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in distribution center facilities
- Experience managing teams of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervising support staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in both group and individual settings
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency
- Financial acumen in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process optimization
