Bilingual Human Resources Specialist

Bilingual Human Resources Specialist needed for a Full Time position at West Liberty Foods in West Liberty, IA. The successful candidate will provide support to the HR Supervisor and HR Manager, lead recruiting activities, and assist team members with HR-related questions and concerns.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Advance computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite
• Previous experience in ADP or UKG platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of payroll, FMLA, benefits and leave of absence processes
• Previous experience with recruiting and Human Resources
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detailed oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within a constantly changing environment
• Problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends if needed
