Requirements

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and assess project progress.
• Provide advice on contractual matters and assist with claims management.
• Prepare detailed reports on costs, budget forecasts, and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with other professionals and integrate their inputs.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
