Job Description
The Day Nurse House Supervisor will oversee patient care, staff supervision, and facility safety. The role involves daily operations within a hospital setting, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities include patient assessments, shift duties, communication with leadership, and adherence to hospital safety protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate of an NLNAC or CCNE accredited nursing program.
- BSN/MSN preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in acute psychiatric setting.
- Current MA RN license, CPR and CPI certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Current negative TB test or medical clearance.
