Job Description
Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH) is seeking a Masters Level or Licensed Inpatient Clinician to provide treatment to adults, adolescents, and children in a fast-paced inpatient setting. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, patient communication, and coordinating care with various stakeholders. Requires strong teamwork and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- License requirement: LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in behavioral health setting
- Working knowledge of available community resources
- Strong experience with group therapy, crisis intervention, treatment, and discharge planning
- Must obtain and maintain approved CPR certification
- Must obtain and maintain Management of Assaultive Behavior training including restraint and seclusion policies
- Legible and timely documentation in patients’ charts.
