Requirements

• Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, and environmental legislations
• Supervise teams, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans
• Communicate with clients and line managers to monitor KPIs and financial targets
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role
