As a Analyst - Reporting and Analytics, you'll drive data-driven decision-making across the organization by gathering data, developing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and creating data-driven insights. You'll also consolidate and prepare bank's deposit and loan portfolio, and create interactive visuals and self-service reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel including Lookups, PivotTables, and advanced formulas
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
