Category Lead - External Workforce Management

As a Category Lead - External Workforce Management, you'll be responsible for categories of spend, contributing to the design and deployment of a Procurement function at the bank. You'll design, own and lead our new External Workforce Management COE, supporting business units and enterprise objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate to advanced experience in negotiating
• Intermediate to advanced experience developing and presenting executive level summaries using PowerPoint
• Occasional travel required
