Assist Loan Processors during the mortgage loan process, obtain 3rd party documentation, review documents for accuracy and completeness, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Entry level to intermediate working knowledge of Encompass
- Entry level to intermediate experience with MS Office products
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
