Loan Processing Team Lead

Manage a team of Loan Processors and Loan Processing Assistants, overseeing daily tasks and responsibilities, training, and productivity. Collaborate with leadership and departments to achieve goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in Mortgage Processing, Mortgage Operations Team Leader, Mortgage Processing Manager, or similar field
• High school diploma required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Intermediate to advanced experience in using mortgage-related LOS systems, e.g. Encompass and other CRM-related systems
• Intermediate experience in formulating, developing, and implementing best-practice processing procedures
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
