Preferred Banking Advisor (Relationship Banker)

As a Preferred Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for executing the full client life cycle, establishing yourself as an expert in treasury management or deposit requests, and providing expert advice and guidance to clients. You will respond to client requests, engage in proactive client communication, and identify opportunities to promote Bank products. You will also participate in department training to augment banking knowledge and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management and other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
