As a Preferred Banking Manager, you'll lead and coach a team responsible for executing the full client life cycle and promote the department's 'sales, service, operations' philosophy. You'll also work with internal departments and resources to drive client satisfaction and ensure the team meets service level standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with a good working knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
- Advanced experience in deposits and treasury management products.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
