Staff Engineer I - Developer AI Automation

As a Staff Engineer I - Developer AI Automation, you'll work in a mid-level role with proficiency in one or more key products. You'll identify development and support needs, take on design responsibilities, and implement intelligent solutions that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in IT App Support, IT Development, IT Networking, or similar field
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Advanced knowledge of Intelligent Automation concepts including document processing, Robotics Process Automation, automated workflows
• Advanced knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and development practices
• Advanced knowledge of UiPath Cloud technologies or similar low-code automation platforms
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Advanced proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Intermediate to advanced ability to see the big picture and align projects with organizational goals
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
