Requirements

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Create detailed production routings, including sequencing of operations, resource allocation, and time estimates.
• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition and successful production ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Design and document work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines for manufacturing personnel.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address process deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure proper execution of production processes.
