Job Description
The Legacy Golf Club is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join their award-winning culinary team. This role involves executing menu items, prepping food, maintaining a clean station, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. The position is for a part-time, onsite position.
Requirements
- Prepare and present food according to recipe cards.
- Perform daily prep work for the station and cook line.
- Conduct line checks.
- Run large volume cooking equipment.
- Clean and sanitize station and equipment.
- Follow health and sanitary practices.
- Assist with banquet events.
