Job Description
Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI) is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) department. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to members and vendors, identifying operational challenges, and contributing to improved PBM experiences. The role requires a subject matter expert in pharmacy benefits, utilizing analytical and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer support and maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma and one to three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or retail pharmacy practice, preferred.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Certification (PTCB), desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of prescription benefits and products.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
