Job Description
Join Western Union as QA Analyst, Fraud Monitoring and play a key role in mitigating financial losses and enhancing fraud prevention in a global FinTech company. Analyze data, improve processes, and drive automation in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or fraud/risk analytics
- Strong SQL skills — able to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries independently
- Experience with Snowflake or similar big-data platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and Power Query
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Effective communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Collaborative and proactive approach to working within cross-functional teams
