Associate, Digital Payments

We are seeking an Associate, Digital Payments to join our Global Digital Payments Team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Associate, you will analyze the performance of various products to improve the functionality of bank transfers and card-not-present methods of payments. You will also assist customer-facing organizations in resolving inquiries, analyze complex business problems, and make a difference by consulting users and leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills
• College or higher degree with 1 year of experience working in the financial sector
• Online payments and banking experience preferred
• Great teamwork spirit, collaboration with cross functional teams and communication skills
• Ability to navigate through Power BI and Excel for data analysis
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative and follow through until resolution
• Confidence in making instinctual and logical decisions with little or no supervision
• Eager to learn and grow professionally to ensure best results and quality for our customers
